This policy applies to the en3 mobile app, the en3 website, and the en3 business dashboard.
1. Who we are
en3 is a membership and competition platform operated by NUMBERS VENTURES LIMITED (RC 9638874), a company registered in Nigeria at Plot 598 CAD Zone 07, Citizen Avenue, Dawaki, FCT, Nigeria 900108 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, username, email address, phone number, and profile photo, when you create and use your account.
- Identity verification — if you choose to verify your identity (for example to enter certain competitions), a government-issued ID and a selfie, collected through our verification provider.
- Payments and transactions — membership plans, amounts paid, payment status and transaction history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Location — your device's location while you use the Discover map, only with your device-level permission, which you can revoke at any time.
- Device and technical information — device type, app version, IP address, and push notification tokens.
- Usage and analytics — how you use the app and website, including sampled session recordings with text and input fields masked.
- Communications — messages you send our support team and emails we exchange.
- Job applications — your CV and contact details if you apply for a role with us.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide and operate en3 — accounts, memberships, competitions, and support;
- process payments and keep the financial records the law requires;
- verify identity and prevent fraud and cheating;
- send notifications you have enabled;
- understand how en3 is used, fix problems, and improve the product;
- meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that help us run en3 — hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, identity verification, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and network security. They act on our instructions and only receive what their job requires.
- Businesses on en3 — when you join a business's membership programme or enter its competition, that business sees the membership and participation information needed to run its programme.
- Authorities — where the law requires it, for example a regulator, court, or law enforcement acting within their powers.
- A successor business — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case this policy continues to protect your information.
5. Cookies and analytics
The en3 website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and understand how the site is used. Our apps use analytics SDKs for the same purposes, including a session-replay tool that records a sample of visits with all text and inputs masked. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above, and afterwards only as long as the law requires — for example financial record-keeping. You can request deletion of your account in the app under Account settings.
7. Security
We protect personal information with measures including encryption in transit, database-level access controls, verified payment and verification webhooks, and access limited to staff who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; if a breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify the regulator and affected users as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; object to certain processing; withdraw a consent you gave; or provide your data in a portable format. Contact [email protected] and we will respond as required by law. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at any time.
9. International transfers
We are based in Nigeria. Our core database is hosted in Ireland, in the European Union, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where personal information leaves Nigeria, we take steps to protect it in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
10. Children
en3 is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to create an account. If we learn we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
